All Mountain Fern pieces are handmade and are packaged and shipped with care.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, once they are completed which may take up to 2 weeks. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays. Mountain Fern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
