Refund policy
At Mountain Fern, each piece is handcrafted using sterling silver and carefully selected natural materials. Because many pieces are one of a kind, the following policies apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, fit, or expectations regarding the appearance of natural materials.
Natural Materials
Mountain Fern jewelry features natural stones, fossils, shells, and other materials. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and inclusions are part of the natural character of these materials and are not considered defects.
Requests After 7 Days
Requests made more than 7 days after delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Mountain Fern is under no obligation to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds after this period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or resized after purchase
- Gift cards
